Debug encrypted calls

For privacy reasons, by default Pexip Infinity does NOT log encryption keys. However, when troubleshooting, if you need to decrypt encrypted media, then additional debug logging must be enabled on the Pexip Infinity platform.

This debug logging should only be enabled for faultfinding purposes, and disabled again after you have completed your troubleshooting.

To log encryption keys:

1. On the Administrator interface, go to https://<managementnode>/admin/platform/loglevel/

   This page lets you adjust log levels.

2. Search for support.h323, support.sip or support.rest as appropriate.
3. Set the Level for support.sip to Debug and then Save your changes.

This will log encryption keys and allow an encrypted PCAP to be decoded with the crypto keys.

Note that this information should only be used for debugging purposes.
