Professional Services: orderability
The Pexip Professional Services team helps you deploy Pexip products and services reliably, quickly and cost-effectively.
Pexip One-Touch Join (OTJ)
The following Pexip One-Touch Join (OTJ) professional services can be ordered through the Partner Portal:
- OTJ Installation Basic: mandatory professional service to be ordered per customer when the partner is not an authorized Infinity software installer. The Pexip professional services team will in this case support the partner with basic installation of the Infinity software.
- OTJ Installation Additional: optional professional service to be ordered per customer when the partner is not an authorized Infinity software installer. The Pexip professional services team will in this case support the partner with 3 additional configurations (choose from additional meeting types, calendar integrations or additional Conferencing Nodes).
- OTJ Training: optional training for the partner to order for their internal company only. Partners providing support to end customers with One-Touch Join should attend this training.
The professional services are one-time-fees, and are listed in the tab of the Partner Portal for the month when it was ordered.
Pexip's Enhanced Room Management (ERM)
Professional services for ERM can be ordered through the Partner Portal:
- ERM installation: it's an optional service but we strongly recommend that customers implementing ERM use Pexip Professional Services. They will help define a solution that meets the customer's needs and ensure successful deployment within the customer's existing infrastructure.
