Creating endpoint subscriptions in bulk

Before customers can activate their endpoints for use with the Pexip Service, each endpoint needs to have a subscription created.

If they are activating 100 or more endpoints, they can perform a bulk activation by supplying you with a file of endpoint details which you can then forward onto Pexip for processing. To perform a bulk subscription creation the customer needs:

their own domain
enough licenses for the endpoints they want to create subscriptions for
to provide an XLSX/XLS or CSV file with their endpoint details.

If they have fewer than 100 endpoints then you have to create the subscriptions manually.

Instructions for how to prepare the file of endpoint details are provided in this article.

When the customer has provided you with the file, please review it to see if it meets the requirements for how the file needs to be created and correct it if needed.
