Canceling an order

If you realize that your recently placed order was submitted at the wrong price or for the wrong product, the portal allows you to cancel and re-order, providing:

  • the order was placed in the current calendar month
  • it is more than 24 hours until the next billing cycle
  • the order was not modified in any way after it was placed (to cancel a modified plan please contact bizops@pexip.com).

Please contact bizops@pexip.com If you need to cancel an order for CVI Service for MS Teams or Google Interop as these services cannot currently be canceled via the Partner Portal.

To cancel an order, from the License Plan overview, click the wrench icon inline with the plan you want to change, and choose Cancel order.

The portal explains on-screen what will happen if you cancel the order:

  • If Evaluation Mode is Open, then any attached subscriptions will remain active.
  • If Evaluation Mode is Closed, then any attached subscriptions will be deactivated.

If Evaluation Mode is Closed, you can ask your Pexip account manager to re-open Evaluation Mode before you cancel your order.

You will also receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Canceling services

If your customer no longer wants a service, you should set the license plan(s) to expire at the next renewal date. See Managing license renewals for more information.
