About the Partner Portal for the Pexip Service

The Pexip Partner Portal is an easy-to-access platform that allows Pexip's partners to manage and support their customers' access and use of the Pexip Service. It encompasses:

  • Enabling service features for your customers (companies) such as Teams CVI and Google Meet interoperability, and endpoint provisioning
  • Trial management
  • License plan management and renewals
  • Billing/invoicing
  • Access to analytics and usage data

Accessing the Partner Portal and Analytics

Go to https://support.pexip.com/ and select Sign in in the top right-hand corner to access the Pexip support site.

Existing users can enter their Email address and Password, and new portal users can select Sign up and then complete the sign up form.

All users must set up two-factor authentication for logging in to the Partner Portal — see Setting up two-factor authentication for logging in to the Partner Portal and Partner Analytics for details.

After signing in you have access to all of the support and help center options:

  • Status: an up-to-date status report of any issues currently affecting the live Pexip Service.
  • Portal: the Partner Portal where you can manage your customers.
  • Analytics: video analytics and usage data for your customers (requires a separate Pexip Analytics account/permission).
  • Domain check: provides a DNS records status check for a supplied domain to see if the appropriate DNS entries have been set up.
