This notice services as the end of life announcement for Enhanced Room Management (ERM).

  • End of Sale (EoS): 6 March 2026
  • End of Service (EoSV): 13 March 2029

Pexip Enhanced Room Management, a self-hosted (on-premise) management tool that allows you to manage and provision your video conferencing systems.

  • PEXENHANCED-ROOM-12: Per year
  • PEXENHANCED-ROOM-24: Two years
  • PEXENHANCED-ROOM-36: Three years
  • PEXENHANCED-ROOM-60: Five years

Migration options

For existing customers, Pexip can provide comparable solutions for migration based on your specific requirements and use cases, including:

  • Mividas Rooms
  • HP Connect Manager (formerly Clariti Manager)
  • HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) (formerly Vyopta)
